Spark subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel or manage your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You can download all your Spark data from within the app: Profile → Settings → Download My Data.
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, email us at support@sparkmomentum.app with a description of what's happening.
