Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Choices page for full details.

Subscription and billing

Spark subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel or manage your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Data export

You can download all your Spark data from within the app: Profile → Settings → Download My Data.

Something not working

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, email us at support@sparkmomentum.app with a description of what's happening.
